Our New Year’s Resolution
- Posted on: Dec 30 2017
We’re approaching the time of year when the natural inclination is to look back and look ahead. It is customary for us to pat ourselves on the back for a job well done as we transition into a new year. The New Year’s tradition also involves the making of at least one resolution for the twelve months ahead. You may already have your plans set for how you will make the most of 2018. We do, too. We have a positive outlook on how we can help you enjoy optimal oral health and beauty through personal dental care that extends through all areas of dentistry.
There are several reasons why prevention is the best medicine, even when it comes to your smile. Seeing the dentist every six months – that’s just two times a year – for a cleaning and examination, is pretty convenient. It’s a great alternative to preceding dental care for a couple of years and then needing to schedule several visits to repair the damage that could have been avoided. Routine dental exams and cleanings save you money, and they protect you from unnecessary stress, too, because these short and pleasant visits go a long way in stopping cavities and other painful problems.
Restorative dentistry is still necessary because there are situations in which teeth may be damaged. We do prefer the preventative approach, but also have the skills to repair damage such as cavities, inflammation of the gums, fractures, enamel wear and tear, and more. In addition to taking great care of our patients with gentleness and a friendly attitude, we also amplify our services with same-day urgent care and single-visit CEREC restorations.
It is good to feel excited to see your dentist! Cosmetic dentistry services like teeth whitening, bonding, and veneers make this possible. The benefit of cosmetic dental care is that it gives you a smile the best reflects who you are. That gives you the ability to go through your life with a heightened sense of confidence.
